Back Office (BO)

  1. Tips & Gratuity Included in Cash Expected –Tips & Gratuity is being calculated as part of the Cash Expected and Over/Shortage formula definitions.
  2. Filters on the Dealer Admin Page – The new filters Back Office Access Date, Last POS Access Date, Expiry Date, Subscription Status, Plan, Industry Type, Business Type will appear on the Admin page.

Online Ordering (OLO)

  1. Throttling Estimation Time Changes – If Time-Based Throttling is enabled on the OLO Admin page, the estimated Delivery or Pickup time must fall within the Store’s Hours. If the estimated Time falls outside of those Hours, then the Order cannot be placed, and an alert message will appear. This applies to OLO and Custom App.

Add-On

  1. Fiscal Settings Screen Changes – On the Fiscal Settings screen, four mandatory fields are being added specifically for the country Saudi Arabia: Zatca Secret, CSID Secret, CSID Binary Security Token, Binary Security Token.
  2. Itemized Receipt – Order Summary and Payment Receipt will be available in the Itemized Receipt generated for Kiosk.
