POS–V6 [Web, Android, iOS]

1. Age Verification – Age validation will be set for customers in POS while buying from a Category that is restricted in Back Office. Any items that weren’t sold due to age restriction will be included within the Void report.
2. ToGo Service Kitchen Printer Enhancement – ToGo Items will be able to be printed from the Kitchen printer screen for ToGo service.
3. Remove Lines in Kitchen Label Print – The lines are being removed from the kitchen label print.
4. OLO Mix & Match Discount – Set Percentage, Set Price and Set Each Item Prize settings are being added as options for Mix and Match Discounts during OLO (set in BO).
5. Edit Future Order Date and Time in POS – The Delivery date can be changed for Future orders and Order date and Delivery date filters implemented under the Future tab.
6. Tax Exempt Reason & Tax-Exempt Reference ID in POS – When Tax–Exempt is selected, a Tax Exempt Reason must be provided. After a Reason is selected, a pop–up for entering the Tax–Exempt ID appears.
7. Serving Size in Front – If the Serving Size in Front of Menu Item… toggle is enabled in BO, the Serving Size will be placed in front of the Menu Item.
8. Short Form for Modifier – You will be able to change a Modifier’s view (horizontal or vertical) and to keep the Modifier in Short or Elaborated form along with its Quantity.
9. Dual Cash Drawer – The Dual Cash drawer system is implemented in POS, which refers to having 2 separate cash drawers connected to a single POS terminal. This setup is often used in businesses where multiple Cashiers operate from the same POS terminal simultaneously.
10. Batch Settle Date and Status – A Batch’s Settle Date and Status are being implemented in POS, under the Batch/Tip Adjustment section.
11. DoorDash Drive Integration – DoorDash Drive integration provides a Driver for Web orders and Call Center. The system will send Order details to DoorDash which assigns a Driver (their Status can be tracked) to the Order.
12. Theme Switcher – A light or dark theme can be chosen for the POS application.
13. Rename Tip Amount as Additional Tip – When Gratuity is applied to the check, then the Tip (only name) will be renamed to Additional Tip on the Front End and Email receipts.
14. SPPAX Auto Batch – Auto Batch for SPPAX payment is being implemented in POS.
15. Credit Card Image in CDS – Credit Card images (watermarks) are being included on CDS screens when connected to POS.
16. Waitlist – The Waitlist feature helps in managing the Table Reservations of Restaurant Customers.
17. tDynamo BLE Changes (Retry) – An improved Retry flow for tDynamo is being implemented in POS.
18. Membership Module – Membership provides the ability to organize the Customers into loyal Customers. Using a Membership Account provides the ability to: organize and apply Tax Exemptions to members of the Group and maintain the Account’s Balance and Allowances.
19. EPSON Scale Integration 6.0 (iPad) – The workflow typically involves ensuring the scale is properly connected, calibrated, and set up to integrate with the system for accurate Weight measurements during Transactions.
20. Caller ID in POS Settings – When a Customer calls and places an Order, the Caller ID will send the Phone Number to POS. For an existing customer’s Phone Number, the screen will navigate to the Order screen and attach the customer to the Order/Check. For a new customer’s Phone Number, the screen will navigate to the Profile page.
21. Print Batch Report – A new Print Batch Report toggle is being added, where the Batch report will be printed after submitting the Batch from POS.
22. GO Phase 2 – The Feedback screen will be shown before the Thank You screen in GO, based on the Feedback toggle being added within POS settings. The toggle will be linked with a Feedback subscription.
23. Evertec Failure Payments – If a payment is not completed as shown in POS, the Check will be considered an unsuccessful payment (shows in red) and must be retrieved manually by swiping left multiple times to retrieve it until payment is successful.
    
24. WorldPay With Magtek – Payment gateway WorldPay is implemented within Magtek in POS.
25. Payment Screen Options – Tax Exempt, Add Gratuity, and Discount are being added to the Payment screen.
26. Tip Custom Message – Custom messages can be configured for Tip suggestions which will impact receipts.
    

Add–On

1. Hide in Kiosk – Menu items will be shown in kiosk, based on the Hide in Kiosk toggle setting.
   
2. Driver App Changes – The customer’s Phone Number and Address details are being shown on the Home and Order Detail screens in the Driver app.
