Back Office: Enterprise Settings - Royalty Franchise
Sign into the Back Office.
On the left-side Navigation Panel, click Enterprise, then click Settings.

- Under Royalty / Franchise:

A listing of all Stores with an Activate Royalty toggle. To Activate the Royalty of a Store, click the toggle so that it’s to the right (On) and turns pink.
To Edit the Royalty details of a Store (if available), click the Pencil Icon. The Update Royalty/Franchise pane appears.

Under Bank Details: update the Bank Name, Routing Number, and Account Number as needed.

Under Set Percentage: to add a Percentage click + Add Percentage.
Enter the Name.
Enter the Percentage. Type the value or click ▲/▼ to increase/decrease the value.
To set a percentage as the Default, slide the corresponding toggle to the right (On).

File Header
Destination Name and Routing Number.
Immediate Origin’s Name and Number.

Batch Header
Company’s Name and Entry Description.
Effective Entry Date (calendar view), and any Discretionary Data.
Company ID Number and Originating DFI Number.

When ready, click Save at the top right.
