Back Office: House Account Report

Back Office: House Account Report

Allows customers to have an account with a restaurant (like a Gift Card), but functions like a credit card where there is a limit and a balance. It includes tabs for HA Activity and HA Statement to display data in a table view.

Displays House Account Activity.

  1. Filter by the following fields and Time Period.
    1. Card Number: Search for a specific card by typing the card number in the Card Number text field.
    2. Activity Type: Select the type of action on the House Account.


    3. Employee: The employees who made a transaction with a house account.


  2. Click Apply. A table with the following columns appears:
    1. Date: The date of the activity (MM/DD/YYYY).
    2. Customer: The name of the customer on the account.
    3. Check No: The check number for the transaction.
    4. User Name: The store employee involved in the transaction
    5. Card Number: This column displays the house account card number.
    6. Activity Type: The type of activity for the transaction.
    7. Amount: The amount of the transaction.
    8. Balance: The amount on the account after the transaction.

HA Statement
Displays House Account Statements

  1. Filter by Customer and Time Period.
    1. Customer: The name of a customer with a House Account.


  2. Click Apply. A table with the following columns is populated:

    1. Date: The date of the activity (MM/DD/YYYY) on a House Account.
    2. Check: The check number for the transaction on a House Account.
    3. Menu Item: A menu item on the Check. If there are multiple, each displays on a new line.
    4. HA Recharge: An amount recharged to the Account.
    5. Price: The price based on the formula = Net Sales – Total Discount Amount + Menu Inclusive Discount + Modifier Inclusive Discount.
    6. Tax: Displays total tax amount value based on the collected sales.
    7. Gratuity: This displays gratuity in check level. If this value is greater than 0, a new line must appear and shows the gratuity amount as if it is a new menu item.
    8. Total: The amount based on the formula = Price + Tax + Round Off Total.
    9. Tips: This displays tip in payments level. If the value is greater than 0, a new line appears and shows the tip amount as if it is a new menu item.
    10. Summary: The Summary section is displayed below the menu items. It shows the sum of the HA RechargesPriceTax, and Gratuity - with Total and Tip amounts individually.
      1. Beginning Balance: Balance before the transaction is performed.
      2. HA Recharge: Recharge amount.
      3. Net Sale: Sum of net sales.
      4. Tax: Sum of tax
      5. Gratuity: Sum of Gratuity
      6. Tip: Sum of tip
      7. HA Payment: Total payment made with HA.
      8. HA Refund: Total refund
      9. HA Adjustment Credit: In the adjustment case, the credit amount is displayed.
      10. HA Adjustment Debit: In the adjustment case, the debit amount is displayed.
      11. Other Payment: The total amount of different payment methods with the house account.
      12. Current Balance: This shows the current balance of a customer in house account.
