Back Office: House Account Report
Allows customers to have an account with a restaurant (like a Gift Card), but functions like a credit card where there is a limit and a balance. It includes tabs for HA Activity and HA Statement to display data in a table view.
HA Activity
Displays House Account Activity.
- Filter by the following fields and Time Period.
- Card Number: Search for a specific card by typing the card number in the Card Number text field.
- Activity Type: Select the type of action on the House Account.

Employee: The employees who made a transaction with a house account.

- Click Apply. A table with the following columns appears:
- Date: The date of the activity (MM/DD/YYYY).
- Customer: The name of the customer on the account.
- Check No: The check number for the transaction.
- User Name: The store employee involved in the transaction
- Card Number: This column displays the house account card number.
- Activity Type: The type of activity for the transaction.
- Amount: The amount of the transaction.
- Balance: The amount on the account after the transaction.
HA Statement
Displays House Account Statements
- Filter by Customer and Time Period.
- Customer: The name of a customer with a House Account.

- Click Apply. A table with the following columns is populated:

- Date: The date of the activity (MM/DD/YYYY) on a House Account.
- Check: The check number for the transaction on a House Account.
- Menu Item: A menu item on the Check. If there are multiple, each displays on a new line.
- HA Recharge: An amount recharged to the Account.
- Price: The price based on the formula = Net Sales – Total Discount Amount + Menu Inclusive Discount + Modifier Inclusive Discount.
- Tax: Displays total tax amount value based on the collected sales.
- Gratuity: This displays gratuity in check level. If this value is greater than 0, a new line must appear and shows the gratuity amount as if it is a new menu item.
- Total: The amount based on the formula = Price + Tax + Round Off Total.
- Tips: This displays tip in payments level. If the value is greater than 0, a new line appears and shows the tip amount as if it is a new menu item.
- Summary: The Summary section is displayed below the menu items. It shows the sum of the HA Recharges, Price, Tax, and Gratuity - with Total and Tip amounts individually.
- Beginning Balance: Balance before the transaction is performed.
- HA Recharge: Recharge amount.
- Net Sale: Sum of net sales.
- Tax: Sum of tax
- Gratuity: Sum of Gratuity
- Tip: Sum of tip
- HA Payment: Total payment made with HA.
- HA Refund: Total refund
- HA Adjustment Credit: In the adjustment case, the credit amount is displayed.
- HA Adjustment Debit: In the adjustment case, the debit amount is displayed.
- Other Payment: The total amount of different payment methods with the house account.
- Current Balance: This shows the current balance of a customer in house account.
