  1. About this manual

Refer to this manual to subribe to ADP integration and push employee timesheet data into ADP Run product.

  1.   Dealer-App in ADP Marketplace

  1. Login into ADP and launch Dealer-App connector.

Login into Run powered by ADP and launch the ADP marketplace. Once ADP marketplace is launched, replace the URL in the browser or open a new tab in the browser and launch the direct URL to Dealer-App Connector application, that is provided below.

  1. Purchase Dealer-App Connector app.

Purchase the Dealer-App connector app to enable the integration at ADP side.


During checkout, Dealer-App requires additional information. By clicking the add or plus button, the new popup opens for ADP identifier. ADP identifier can be found under manage integration in Dealer-App marketplace (Refer next section (Section 3) to retrieve ADP identifier).





Save ADP identifier and click next and complete connector app purchase.





  1. Manage consent.

Once purchase is complete, consent for data transfer needs to be provided. Click manage consent and provide data transfer consent by clicking Manage -> Allow.

Subscribe to RUN Powered by ADP in Dealer-APP marketplace.






Then go to marketplace configurations/Manage integrations page and click on the ADP integrations settings button as shown in the below image.


Upon clicking on the settings button, a new popup page will open for getting the ADP identifier.








 


Earnings Creation In ADP

Click the settings on the left side of the page. Upon clicking, it shows the Earnings and deductions in the right side as shown in below image.

Click the earnings and deductions option, it navigates to the page where we can add how the salary is going to be paid. Add earnings Regular, CC tips owed, Overtime if missing.



   

         

         

  1. Sync Users

Once connected with ADP, easily synchronize users, and publish pay data to ADP.

Whenever creating users, create at both ends. Once any new user is added with ADP and Dealer-App, click the sync users’ button so the data can be published.

Note-First name, Last name and Email id should be match between ADP and Dealer-App, otherwise it will not sync

If the data is not synced, the application shows error message as “No user data synced, please try again later”

If the data is partially synced, the application shows error message as “ADP user data -synced partially. please try again later”

If the data is synced properly, the application shows message as ADP user data has been successfully synced


  1. Pay Cycle

After synchronizing users, easily push pay cycle to ADP.

Get all the latest pay cycles dates from ADP, then select whichever pay cycles need to run.






Whenever the data wants to push, by clicking the specific categories the latest data will be published to ADP.








  1. SSO Login



    Login to Run powered by ADP and get into My Apps under the username as shown in the below image.









Upon clicking the My apps option, the page navigates to apps that have already purchased Dealer-App in the ADP marketplace, as shown in the below image.

Upon clicking the Dealer-APPros connector, the page automatically navigates to the Dealer-APP Backoffice, as shown in the below image.
