POS: Menu Options - Void (Remove) an Item
To void (remove) a particular Menu Item from the check:
- On the Order screen, select a Menu Item.
- On the Menu Option menu that appears to the right, select Void Item.
- The Menu Item will be removed from the Check.
Notes:
- If there is a green check mark next to an Item, it means the Item has been sent (or fired to) the Kitchen, and voiding it will require a Reason.
- By default, Voiding an unordered Item typically won't require a Manager override unless the setting is enabled in the Back Office.
