POS: Phone / Web Orders - Editing Future Orders

Navigation: Log in to POS, select Phone/Web Orders > Future Orders




Selecting a Date and Time


You will have the provision to adjust the Future Order's Date and TimeSelecting a Past Time and Date won't be allowed to be set for Future Orders. Any past Dates will be greyed out. This also applies for selecting AM/PMThe Date and Time can be changed as long as it has not passed the current Date and Time. There is no restriction on setting the future datesClick Done, and the revised Dates will be set for the Future Order.
  1. Upon clicking Cancel, the Date and Time picker will be closed without updating.
  2. If attempting to schedule a past date: the Done button will be disabled, and the original Date will appear on the Check.


Order Date and Delivery Date Filters



Within the filter, only past dates can be selected from the dropdown. Future dates can't be selected and will be greyed out.

  1. If the selected Date doesn't have a Check received for that Date, then the Future tab will be empty.
  2. If the selected Date has a Check, then the Check will appear under the Future tab.
The same filter flow will apply to Delivery Date as well. The Delivery Date set for the Check will appear.

Note: The Dates changed for the Future Order in POS will appear in all BO reports. The Dates for Call CenterOnline Orders and Third-Party Integration Checks also can be changed in POS.
