Retail Back Office: Admin - User Feedback


Navigation: Log in to Back Office Admin, then select User Feedback

The User Feedback page displays customers' submitted feedback in table format. Select the Time Period then click Apply. The table containing the following columns will have data provided:

Date CreatedThe date the feedback was submitted [DD-Mon-YYYY format].
Name: The name of the customer who submitted the feedback.
Email IDThe contact Email Address of the customer.
Account Name: For the store that received the feedback, the name of the Account it belongs to.
Store NameThe name of the Store that received the feedback.
Product Rating: The score rating the customer provided for the product they received.
Support Rating: The score rating the customer provided for any support they received.
CommentAny additional comments provided by the customer when providing the Feedback.
