Retail POS: Login Screen


Once signed in, the Login screen appears:




The Login screen displays the following buttons:
  1.  - Select Back Office to navigate the Back Office (for more info, please refer to the Back Office section of the Knowledge Base)

  2.  - Select Operation to navigate to the POS Operation screen (for more info, please refer to POS Operations)

  3.  Select Sync to synchronize the POS page with Back Office
    1. When a Store Admin user has made changes and clicks on the Save and Publish icons in the Back Office, the respective changes will apply only when you tap on Sync in the POS.
    2. Once clicking Sync, system start syncing with Backoffice and ‘Synced successfully’ message will be displayed.

  4.  - Select Sync Receipts to sync all the devices in the store

  5.  - Select Devices to display the name(s) of other device(s) currently connected in the Store

  6.  - Select Sign Out to sign out of the POS after entering PIN
    1. Once Sign Out is pressed, the message 'Do you want to Sign out?’ appears. If Yes, the PIN pad will appear. Enter the PIN then click Continue to sign-out.

  7.  - Select Login below the number pad to log in to the POS after providing PIN

  8.  - Select Face Id to log in to the POS via face scan
