Retail POS: Retrieve Sale


Retrieve Sale will be available at the bottom of the screen beside Park Sale.

  1. Upon clicking the Retrieve Sale, the list of all the Parked Sales will be listed in the window in Reason - Customer Name format.

  2. Select an option, and the parked sale will be retrieved.

    1. The Search field will be available, where you can search for a parked sale by entering its info.

  3. The selected item will be removed from the Parked Sale window, and the retrieved park sale will appear in the Sale window for you to close the Receipt.


  1. Parked sales are not included in Closed Receipts.

  2. Your Sale will only record after it's completed. Parked Sales must be completed within the same Business Day (this doesn't apply to Partial sales). If a Parked Sale is not completed by the end of the Business Day, it will be VOIDED.
