Retail POS: Sale History - Closed Tab


All Closed Receipts will be available under the Closed tab.

You can search the Receipts by the following: 
  1. Search Date - You can find Receipts by their Date.
  2. Receipt Number - You can search Receipts by their Number.


The table contains the following columns:
  1. Transaction time - The Time the receipt was closed
  2. Customer - The Name of the customer
  3. Note - Any Notes added by the customer
  4. Payment type - The mode of payment submitted by the customer
  5. Receipt total - The Total of the Receipt
  6. Employee - The Name of employee who handled the Receipt

At the bottom are the following options:
  1. Reopen Receipt - Click to Reopen closed Receipts. The Receipt will be opened on the Order screen.
  2. Re-Print Receipt - Print Receipt in the sale history screen. You can Print Receipts by click Print Receipt option. The Receipt will be printed in the assigned printer.
  3. Receipt Total - Total amount of the Receipt in the tabs
  4. Average Amount - Average of total amount available in respective tab
  5. Customer - Number of customers with Closed Receipts
  6. View Receipt - When clicked, the Receipt will be visible on the Sale History screen.
