POS: Deliverect Integration

POS: Deliverect Integration

Overview

  1. Stores with an Online Ordering license are able to integrate with Deliverect to enable Online Ordering across various platforms.

  2. Deliverect, when integrated with a particular Store, will create a unique Account ID and Location ID for that Store - which are used for integration.

  3. The OS app will push the Menu Items to Deliverect based on the Items which Store is publishing to Deliverect. From Deliverect, the particular Store and its Menu Items will be visible in the online platforms. Through this, Online orders take place.

  4. If the particular Store has multiple location, then Deliverect will create a unique Location ID for each location. However, the Account ID will be identical for all the Stores of a particular Account.

Limitations

  1. No Include Modifier Feature
    1. The Deliverect system does not support the "Include Modifier" functionality. You can’t configure a modifier to be automatically included in an Order without explicit selection.

  2. Restriction on Selecting the Same Modifier Group as Both Optional and Mandatory
    1. A modifier group cannot be assigned as both Optional and Mandatory for the same product. This prevents conflicting selection rules within the system.

  3. No Error Message for Exceeding Modifier Selection Limits
    1. Instead of displaying an error message, the system prevents you from selecting modifiers beyond the defined limits. If a modifier's selection exceeds its allowed quantity, the system simply restricts further selection without an explicit warning.

  4. No Prefix Support for Modifiers
    1. Deliverect does not allow the use of prefixes for modifiers. This means modifiers cannot be pre-configured with specific naming conventions or categorization identifiers.
