Retail Back Office: Dashboard - Customers
Navigation: Log into the BO for your Store, then on the Home page select Customers
Select a Time Period from the dropdown, then click Apply. The following information will appear based on the selected Time Period.
Tiles
New Customer
- Displays the newly arrived Customers to the Store during the selected Time Period.
Recurring Customers
- Displays the frequently visiting Customers to the Store during the selected Time Period.
Customer Visits
- Displays the total number of Customers visiting the stores during the selected Time Period.
Visit Conversation Rate
- Displays the visit conversation rate during the selected Time Period.
New House Account
- Displays the newly added house account value during the selected Time Period.
New Membership
- Displays the newly enrolled memberships during the selected Time Period.
New VIPs
- Displays the count of newly included VIPs during the selected Time Period.
Birthdays
- Displays the birthdays of customers that occurred during the selected Time Period.
Points Earned
- Displays the total amount of Reward Points earned by customers during the selected Time Period.
Points Redeemed
- Displays the total amount of Reward Points redeemed by customers during the selected Time Period.
Customer Loyalty Status Graph
The Customer Loyalty Status graph displays customers membership statuses such as New, Recurring, VIP, In Danger, etc.
Customers Top 10 Chart
The Customers Top 10 chart shows the Names of the customers horizontally and their respective Points Earned, Money Spent and Points Redeemed vertically.
