Retail POS: Operation - Till Management (Reports Tab)


The Reports tab under Till Management is used to view the total sales done by the employee in the current system date. The report displays the data about the Total Net SalesGross SaleNew CustomersNet Void, and Sale Recap Summary.


Print

Select Print  to print the Sale Summary report.


Retail Insights

The Retail Insights section appears on the report on the settings in the Sale Recap Report settings. Layaway and Exchange summary will appear if the data is available as per the Sale Recap Report in BO. It will reflect in the Close Day print as well.



Cashier Out

  1. When Cashier Out option is selected, the application will verify whether any Till is in Active status. If so, then a pop-up with the message 'You have an active till. Do you want to close the till?'  appears along with Yes and No options.
    1. If No, the alert message will be closed, and you will not be able to complete the Cashier Out process.
    2. If Yes, the alert message will be closed, and you be navigated to the Active Till screen where you will be able to close the Till.

  2. When you tap Cashier Out after closing the active till, then the values in the Sale Summary will be defaulted to 0.

  3. Note: Only employees with the proper role and permission settings have access to Cashier Out.


Close Day

This is the last step before ending your Business Day. Only Employees with the proper Role and Permission settings have access to Close Day.
  1. You will be able to select multiple employees/users from the Sale Recap Summary screen. Depending on the selection, the Sale Summary Report will appear.

  2. When you tap on the Close Day option, the application will validate if there are any Active Receipts, Open Tills, Offline Transactions, Offline status of iPads, on the respective business date based on the Close the Day Checklist. Once all requirements have been fulfilled (changed to green), you can click Submit.


Active Receipts

  1. If there are no active Receipts, then the application will display a green color tick. If there are active Receipts, then the application will display a message saying, 'You have [count] Active Receipts' with warning symbol.

  2. When you tap on the Active Receipts warning message, you will be navigated to the screen where the active Receipts will be listed. In this screen you can be able to Void all the active Receipts or Cancel all the active Receipts or navigate to the Receipt Stats screen and close the individual Receipt(s).


Offline Transactions

  1. If there are no offline transactions, then the application will display a green color. If there are offline transactions, then the application will display a message saying, “You have <count> offline transactions” with warning symbol.

  2. When you tap on the Offline Transactions warning message, you will be navigated to the Batch/Tip Adjustment screen.


Active Tills

  1. If there are no active tills, then the application will display a green color. If there are active tills, then the application will display a message saying, “You have <count> active tills” with warning symbol.

  2. When you tap on the Active Till’s warning message, you will be navigated to the screen where the active tills will be listed. On this screen, you can be able to Close all the tills or Hold all the tills.


Active Cashiers

  1. If there are no active cashiers, then the application will display a green color. If there are active cashiers, then the application will display a message saying, “You have <count> active cashiers” with warning symbol.

  2. When you tap on the Active Cashiers warning message, you will be navigated to the screen where the active cashier(s) will be listed. On this screen, you can able to complete the Cashier Out process.

  3. Note: The Cashier Out process will not be completed if there are any active Receipts or active tills.

 

Clocked in Employees

  1. If there are no clocked-in employees, then the application will display a green color.

  2. If there are clocked-in employees, then the application will display a message saying, “You have <count> clocked-in employees” with warning symbol.

  3. When you tap on the Clocked-in Employees warning message, you will be navigated to the screen where the clocked-in employees will be listed.
