Retail POS: Receipt Options - POS Custom URL



Back Office

  1. See the POS Custom URL article in Back Office.

  2. For Custom Buttons, see the General Application Settings article in Back Office.


POS

After the toggle is enabled in Back Office, with the URL and Image(s) configured:


URL Receipt Option

  1. On the Receipt Option window, select URL.


  2. The URL(s) window that appears displays all the URLs set in Back Office.


  3. After selecting a URL: it will be redirected to the configured URL in the Back Office, with the Close option appearing.


Custom Receipt Option

  1. If a URL is configured as a Custom Button in Back Office, the URL will be visible as a Custom Button in POS.


  2. If a Custom Button is clicked, a pop-up appears containing the URL with the Name and Image.


  3. If the URL is clicked, you will be redirected in your web browser to that URL configured in the Back Office.

  4. Click the X at the upper-right corner of the pop-up to close it.
