This update includes performance improvements, new features, and bug fixes to enhance the efficiency and reliability of your Point of Sale (POS) and Restaurant Operating System.

Online Ordering (OLO)
Email Verification for Customer Sign Up – Email One-Time Passcode (OTP) verification is being added during sign-up in OLO. See the attached document for more details.

Dual Price Revamp – Dual Price calculations will be applied based on the Menu Price set in Back Office. See the attached document for more details.
Offline Payment in POS – The ability to accept Offline payments is being added to POS. See the attached document for more details.
Back Office
Offline Payment Settings – A new Offline Payment Settings toggle with disclaimer confirmation. Once enabled and confirmed, two new input fields appear to define limits (Each Offline Payment Amount Limit and Total Offline Payments Limit). See the attached document for more details.

POS
Failure Payment Fixes – Payment retrieval failure scenarios for SPPax, Clover and Evertec devices are undergoing fixes. See the attached document for more details.
Email Verification for Sign-Up – Customer Verification via Email is being implemented for Loyalty Account sign-up. See the attached document for more details.
Magtek Error Notification – An Email alert will be sent if a Magtek transaction fails during auto Close Day.
Customer Nationality Dropdown – A dropdown to select the Customer’s Nationality will be available on the Customer Profile screen in POS (if enabled in BO).
Communication Error for Evertec Device – Payments initiated from a GO (Evertec) device with a communication error will be added as a failure payment to the Check. See the attached document for more details.
Evertec GO Session ID - Payment devices will connect automatically when the app is opened or closed / force closed. See the attached document for more details.
Improved Open Check Navigation – When active check is available with ordered menu items and the user force closes the application and reopens it, then the page will display open check with ordered menu items. See the attached document for more details.
New Firmware Update for tDynamo Gen II - New firmware update (version K0) for tDynamo Gen II.
Back Office
Excel DB Templates for Settings – An Excel Database is being added as a Complete Sheet template option for Import/Export Settings in Back Office See the attached document for more details.
Batch Settled Date in Reporting – The Batch Settled Date column is being added to the Transactions report. See the attached document for more details.
OLO / Call Center
Mix & Match Auto Discount – Mix-and-Match Discounts can be applied automatically to an Order in OLO / Call Center without needing to enter a Discount Code. See the attached document for more details.
GiveX Rename in OLO – If GiveX payment is enabled, the Gift Card name will appear instead of the GiveX name in Online Ordering. See the attached document for more details.
Inventory
Restore on Master Stock Report – Restore is being added as Transaction Type filter option on the Master Stock Report. See the attached document for more details.
Add-On
Tip Suggestions Based on Subtotal – Suggested Tips can also be calculated based on Subtotal. See the attached document for more details.
Stock App Revamp – The revamped Stock App introduces a streamlined experience. For more information, see the Knowledge Article.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug where Marketplace names were being captured in the Audit Log for when webhook URLs and toggles are being changed
Corrected an intermittent issue where when syncing of sales data occurs the Start and End dates weren’t matching
Fixed a bug where if a user with any other role other than Admin selects Enterprise, they cannot subsequently select Store – and vice versa
Fixed a bug where an overriding Close Day within the same day is not being displayed
Fixed a bug where the Search field is missing for Sub Recipes
Fixed a bug where an improper amount of space appears when selecting a Reason on the Adjust Inventory Bulk Adjust screen

Fixed a bug where a Store’s time zone would prevent selecting a previous date from the calendar
Addressed an intermittent issue where after saving Shift info in BO, the Scheduler wouldn’t show the updated shift times
Fixed a bug where for a newly created Store, when a specific date is selected active checks are displayed. However, they are not displayed for the Today selection
Addressed an intermittent issue where Closed checks are reappearing in the Active tab
Corrected a Start Time discrepancy between the BO Sale Recap report and the POS generated report
Fixed a grammatical error in the BO OLO Settings Disclaimer description
Corrected a discrepancy with Service Charge/Surcharge between Gross Receipt and Payment Summary Total
Addressed an intermittent issue where users couldn’t access Scheduler and employees wouldn’t appear
Fixed a bug where checks would appear on the Refund screen before the batch is settled
Fixed a bug that when a menu item is assigned to one kitchen and its modifier to another, placing it as a Phone ToGo order results in the modifier’s kitchen print slip incorrectly displaying the service type as ToGo instead of Phone ToGo
Fixed a bug where Loyalty discounts were failing to apply when a menu item is configured with multiple serving sizes
Corrected an Email Notifications issue with Online Orders
Fixed a bug where Order confirmations weren’t going to the Merchant’s email
Corrected BO Report discrepancies when Inclusive and Exclusive taxed menu item was applied to multiple seats
Fixed a bug where when a user reopens a check and completes payment, it was rerouting to the previous screen – even when the log off after sale option was enabled for the user’s role
