Face ID Setup

Face ID is a module that requires Licensing. Once you add to your store subscription on Bon under the License setting, you can turn it on. If this is an Enterprise account, you will need to purchase for each store that you need Face ID available and turn it on the perspective store.

 

Under Settings > Application Setting >

Log In/Clock In Via add Face Id

 

Update and push all changes to the Front of the House, then sync the terminal.

Now, under Operations, you will see Face ID. When in Face ID, anyone that has scanned a Facial ID will show as 'Active' and will have a red icon next to it. To remove a Face ID, you can click on the red icon.

Any user that is 'In-Active' will have a green icon with a '+' symbol. To add a Facial ID, click the green icon and scan.

 

Once you press the Green + on a user, the screen below will appear.

Next, simply get in front of the camera, and it will scan your face. When it is complete, the screen will go away, and you will now notice the user is now active with the red icon.

 

Face ID can be used to Clock-In by pressing the Clock-In button. A 'Scan Face Screen' will appear, the user will then stand in front of the camera, and it will clock them in.

To Clock-Out, press the Clock-Out button, and stand in front of the camera so it can scan the user's face.

 

Face Id can also be used to Sign In by pressing the Face ID button.

 

The Scan Face screen will come up. Stand in front of the camera and after 3 seconds it will log the user in.
