POS

  1. Select a Menu Item. The Menu Item's related Coursing will appear.
    1. Example: Beverages is the name of the Coursing and where the Menu Item Coffee Milk has been selected.


  2. Once a Menu Item is selected, the corresponding Menu Options will appear.


    1. Change Coursing

      1. Under Menu Option, click the Change Coursing option. The Change Coursing window appears, where you will be able to change the Coursing for that selected Menu Item from the list of all the corresponding Coursing configured in BO.


      2. Select another Coursing from the list.


      3. Upon choosing the appropriate Coursing, the Menu Item's Coursing has been changed.
        1. From the above image, the Beverages (Coursing) for Coffee Milk (Menu Item) has been changed to Hot Drinks (Coursing) for Coffee Milk (Menu Item).

      4. When an Order is placed, the system will have allowed you to change the Coursing details.


    2. Place a Menu Item on Hold

      1. When a Menu Item has been kept on Hold (selecting the Menu Item then selecting Hold under Menu Option) the Hold symbol (hand icon) will appear along the same Menu Item line item.




      2. When the Menu Item has been kept on Hold, if you attempt to Change the Coursing for the Hold Menu Item then the 'Error, Menu Item Name is in Hold you can’t change coursing for this item' error message will appear, along with the Done button.
