POS: Menu Options - Attach Notes to an Item



To add Notes to a Menu Item to fulfill a Customer’s specific request:

  1. Select a Menu Item.

  2. On the Menu Option menu that appears to the right, select Attach.


  3. On the Add Notes window that appears, select a pre-defined option (configured in Back Office) - or freely type notes in the bottom text box field - then click Add at the bottom-right.


  4. The Notes will be added below the selected Menu Item.


  5. Added Notes will be sent to the Kitchen along with the Item to which they're attached.
