Retail Back Office: Customers - Create a New Customer (or Edit an Existing Customer)
Navigation: Sign into the Back Office for your Retail Store, then select Customers > Customer Info
On the main Customers page, click + New Customer at the top-right (or to update an existing Customer: under the Actions columns click the corresponding three dots followed by Edit Customer. The New/Edit Customer page appears.
General
Enter the Customer’s First and Last Name (mandatory).
Enter the Phone Number (if available) and Email address (mandatory).

Select the Gender from the dropdown, Date Of Birth (calendar view), Nationality (if applicable, and Anniversary of their first visit as a customer.

Enter a Gate Code (deliveries), Customer ID Number (if applicable), and any additional Notes.

For User Photo – If the customer has a photo click the Upload New Image button (icon of document with upwards arrow). Navigate to where the Customer’s Photo file is saved: double-click the file, or single-click then click Open.

Customer Store
Select the location(s) where the Customer has done business. The options correspond to the established options on the main Store dropdown at the very top of the page. At least one option must be selected.
Loyalty
- Select whether this Customer is enrolled in the Loyalty program. If Yes, their Loyalty Balance and Reason appear.
Address
Enter the Customer’s mailing Address (if applicable): Street (Address Line 1 and Apt/Suite/etc.), City, State, and ZipCode. Select the Country from the dropdown.
- When all the Customer's information has been entered, click Save or Update at the top-right of the New/Update Customer page.
