Back Office: Gratuities

  1. Sign into the Back Office and select a Store.

  2. On the left-side Navigation Panel, click Products/Items then click Gratuities.
              

  3. On the Gratuities page, click + New Gratuity. The New Gratuity pane opens.


  4. On the New Gratuity pane:

    1. Enter the Name (limit 25 characters).

    2. Select whether to Apply To a Fixed or Varying Percentage.

      1. Fixed – Enter the Percentage.


      2. Varying – Enter the Minimum and Maximum Percentage.


    3. Select whether there will be an Auto Gratuity threshold. If Yes, enter the Seat Count that will trigger the Gratuity.


  5. When the New Gratuity is set, click Save. You are returned to the main Gratuities page. The newly Gratuity appears, along with the banner Gratuity Saved Successfully.
