Retail Back Office: Layaway Report
Navigation: Log into the Back Office for your Store, then select Reports > Layaway
Select the Customer Name or (All).
Select the Status (Open, Closed, or Cancelled)
Select the Time Period.
Enter a Receipt Number (if necessary).

Click Apply. The below table containing the following columns is populated:

Receipt Number – Receipt number of the layaway will be displayed.
Transaction Date and Time – Transaction date and time in MM-DD-YYYY AM/PM format will be displayed.
Customer Name – Name of the customer will be displayed.
Layaway Amount – Total amount of layaway which user has to pay will be displayed here.
Deposited Amount – Amount (Minimum or suggested) deposited by the user will be displayed.
Remaining Amount – Remaining amount user has to pay will be displayed (Total amount - Sum of deposited amount).
Created By – Name of employee created will be displayed, Each Payment will be as a separate line item so creator of the receipt name should be displayed.
Note: For the same Receipt Number there can be multiple line items based on amount deposited for selected Time Period.
Receipt Number Dropdown

There is a dropdown each Receipt Number (this will consolidate the number of different payments made for the same layaway Receipt). All payments on the same receipt will be consolidated and handled in this dropdown. Clicking the dropdown will display all payments made on the Receipt.
All the transactions made on the receipts will be displayed under Transaction Date & Time
