Retail Back Office: Products/Items - Sort Item Config
Navigation: Log into the Back Office for your Store, then select Products/Items > Sort Item Config
The Sort Item Config page displays all offerings under the Store, broken down by Categories or Display Groups, then Subcategories and Items.
When a Category or Display Group is selected, the Sub Categories and Items assigned to it appear underneath.
If Sub Categories are assigned, then only Items will appear.
The Sort By dropdown (alphabetically [A-Z, Z-A] or Custom) appears, with arrows < > to navigate left and right.
You can click-and-drag tiles to different spots on the row to Custom sort that section.
When satisfied with the organization of your Categories/Display Groups, Sub Categories and Items, click Save. The organization will be saved and the 'Items Sorted Successfully' confirmation banner appears at the upper-right just over the Save button.
