Retail Back Office: Subscriptions & Upgrades - Summary


There are 2 plans available for a Retail Subscription: Pro and Enterprise.

Add-Ons for Retail

The 9 addons available for Retail: AlertsCDSFeedbackInsightsInventoryLoyaltyMarketingSchedules, and Stock.


Billing for Subscription

The billing will be created for Individual plans and addons based on Time Period selection: MonthlyYearly2 Years3 Years.


Retail Signup

  1. Navigate to the POS System Plan page.

  2. The plan selection screen appears, where you can choose a Plan based on your needs.



Coupons

Coupons can be defined as Percentage or Amount.
  1. For Percentage: on the Bill screen, the percentage to be subtracted will appear next to the Coupon Name along with the amount.


  2. For Amount: the amount being subtracted will appear on the Bill screen.



Upgrade Plan in BO

NavigationLog in to BO then select a Retail Store.

  1. Select the Home button, then click the Upgrade button at the upper-right.

  2. The Your Plan screen appears, containing the details of the Plan based on the selected Subscription from the Retail Sign In page.


    1. You can view the Billing History and Payment Method by clicking the options.


  3. When Manage Plan is clicked, the Subscription Plan details will appear along with Addons, and the right-side Billing pane. The Subscription Plan can be upgraded (or downgraded) here.


Enterprise Plan for Retail

  1. When Enterprise plan and Time Period are selected, the price will automatically appear based on the selected Time Period.


  2. In an Enterprise plan, you can view Addons for either Restaurant or Retail. The available addon(s) will be based on the selection of the Business Type on the Sign In page.

  3. There will be 3 types of AddonsAddons Per StationAddons Per Site and Bundle of Addons.
    1. For an Enterprise Plan: Addons like InsightsInventoryStock and Loyalty + Marketing will be included Addons for this plan.

  4. Addons Per Station and Addons Per Site will be available for Pro plans. You can add Addons based on your needs, and pricing will be calculated and displayed on the right-side Billing pane.


Detailed Explanation of Each Addons Per Station

  1. Feedback - Enables you to collect customer feedback directly via the system. This addon is available for both Restaurant and Retail.

  2. Addons Per Site - Available with a combination of 2 addons. You can add addons based on your needs, while the pricing will appear on the Billing pane.



Detailed Explanation of Each Addons Per Site

  1. LOYALTY + MARKETING: This addon is available for both Restaurant and Retail as indicated in the header of the tile.
    1. LOYALTY - Track guest buying patterns and rewards their loyalty with customer analytics.
    2. MARKETING - Create automated marketing campaigns (Marketing credits not included).
    3. Note: There are no included Marketing credits, and the Marketing module is included at no charge for Accounts with the Loyalty addon.


  2.  INSIGHTSAccess a Store’s Sales. This addon will be included only with Restaurant plans (and by default) as indicated in the header of the tile.


  3. INVENTORYA cloud-based Inventory Tracking and Managing System. This addon will be included only with Restaurant and Retail plans (and by default) as indicated in the header of the tile.

  4. STOCK: Track and manage inventory stock in your phone. This addon will be included with plan by default for Retail and same will appear as header so that customer will be aware that this addon is applicable for restaurant store and retail.


  5. SCHEDULES: Staff Schedules and Updates with SMS Alert Notifications. This addon is available for both Restaurant and Retail as indicated in the header of the tile.


  6. ALERTS: Automated SMS alerts from KDS, Waitlist, Scheduler and BO. This addon is available for both Restaurant and Retail as indicated in the header of the tile.


  7. FACE ID: Facial Recognition for Staff to Clock-In on Allure terminals (Android only) which are required for this addon.



Pro Plan for Retail

  1. When a Pro plan and Time Period are selected then the Price will appear automatically based on the selected Time Period.

  2. With a Pro plan you can view addons which will be available based on the Business Type selection on the Sign In page.
  3. There will be two types of Addons (Addons Per Station and Addons Per Site).
  4. Addons like InsightsInventory and Stock will be included with a Pro Plan.
  5. Addons Per Station and Addons Per Site will be available for Pro plan and customer can add addons according to the requirement and pricing will be calculated and displayed in the billing screen on the right side.

 
 

Downgrade of Plans

If you want to change the plan from Enterprise to Pro:
  1. Click on the Upgrade button which will navigate to the Plan details page where you can change the Plan by clicking on Manage Plan.

  2. The current Plan will be selected and select the plan to which you plan to change.


  3. Once a Plan is selected, the Confirm Downgrade window will appear with message ‘Are you sure you want to downgrade your plan? Some of your addons are not available in your new plan.’


  4. If Yes, Continue is clicked, then new Plan will be downgraded and Addons will be changed according to the new Subscription Plan and the Billing screen will be updated according to the new Plan selection.

Note

  1. For Enterprise and Pro plans, addons will be available based on the Business Type selection during Sign In.
  2. Only Super Admin users have access to upgrade Plans for Stores.
  3. The One addon will be available only for Restaurant Business Types.


Special Notes

  1. Retail is a separate product for Subscription.
  2. Upon Revamp, only Retail addons will appear (not POS addons).
  3. Use cases will be identical between POS and Retail.
  4. Retail and POS are 2 separate products, hence Plans and Addons cannot be switched between the two.
