Retail Back Office: Dealer Onboarding
Access the Back Office. The Log In screen appears.

If you already have an Account, you can log in directly.
If you don’t have
an Account, click Create an Account.
Creating An Account
On the Create
an Account screen, select the Business Type: Retail.

After selecting the Business Type, the
Plan and Subscription pages appear. For Retail, the following subscriptions will be available: Pro and Enterprise.

To change the Business Type, click on Change Business Type, then select the Plan and Subscription.
On the Create Your Account screen: Enter your Store
Name, Email Address and Password then click Create My Store.

On the Store Setup screen that appears: fill in
all required fields then click Finish Setup.

On the
confirmation screen that appears: click Take Me To My Store.

You are returned to the Log In screen. Log in with the Email Address and Password used to create the Account then click Log In.

The Store will
appear based on the selected Plan.
Example: If Enterprise was selected, multiple Stores can be created under the Enterprise.
When creating new Stores under the Enterprise, you must select an Account
Type and Business Type.

Note: In the Back Office Settings page, under Store Information, the Account
Type and Business will be populated with default values that are
based on the selections during Store creation and will be greyed out.
For an Enterprise plan, you can create
multiple Stores under the Enterprise. When creating new Stores under the Enterprise,
an Account Type and Business Type are selected. The Business
Type will be based on the Account Type selection.
If Retail
was selected:
The Service Types will display Retail-related offerings (not Restaurant), such as Apparel and Footwear.
Under Account Type only Retail will appear and will be greyed
out. Under Business Type, the business type selected during sign
up will be populated.
