Retail POS: Receipt Options - Gift Card


Gift Card is a prepaid stored-value money card usually issued by a retailer to be used as an alternative to cash for purchases within a particular store or related businesses.

To Issue a Gift Card / Give X Card or to Recharge a Gift Card:

  1. Tap the Option icon available at the bottom of the screen.


  2. On the Receipt Option screen, select Gift Card.


  3. On the Gift Card screen: the default displayed option will be configured in the POS Settings screen.


  4. Provide the Card Number and enter the Charge Amount.


  5. Tap Done. The entered details will be updated on the Order screen.

  6. Note: Only employees with the proper Role and Permissions settings have access to issue Gift Card or GiveX Card. Otherwise it won't appear for other employees.
