Retail Back Office: Admin - Dealers Payments

Navigation: Log into Back Office Admin, then select Dealers > Payments

The Payments page displays subscription payment information in the form of invoices. Select a Subscription then click Apply. If there is payment activity, it will populate the below table that contains the following columns:

  1. Invoice - The unique invoice number.
  2. Amount - The amount of the subscription.
  3. Status - The status of the payment (Paid or Unpaid).
  4. Date - The date of the payment [YYYY-MM-DD format].
  5. Download - Click to download the invoice.
