Retail Back Office: Admin - Announcements
Navigation: Log in to Back Office Admin, then select Announcements
The Announcements page displays new features and updates to iPad, Web POS, Back Office, OLO and Subscriptions.
The Announcements are displayed in table format which contains the following columns:
Name - The name of the new feature update in any of services like
Web POS, iPad, BO and Subscription.
From Time - Start date of the new feature.
To Time - End Date of the new feature.
Down Arrow (v): User click this down arrow Text Detail explanation of the feature update in any of services like Web POS, Ipad, BO, OLO and Subscription.
Actions - Displays the following options:
Edit - See below for more information on Announcement content.
Delete - You can delete the respective user
name and delete pop up window will be
shown with two option OK and Cancel. The Delete pop-up appears with the message 'Are you sure you want to delete this
item'. Click Ok to delete the Announcement and move it to Inactive.

If Cancel, you are returned to the main screen without any changes.
Create or Update an Announcement
Click + Announcement at the upper-right to create a new Announcement, or the corresponding Edit (pencil) to update an existing Announcement. The New/Update Announcement page displays the following fields:

Announcement Image: You can upload an image (if needed) to represent the new Announcement.
Name: (Mandatory) Enter the name of the new Announcement.
From Date/Time: (Mandatory) You can view calendar to select the
date and time can be updated by pressing upper or down arrow. It is a mandatory
field
Note: You can select only today’s date or after the today's Date
and previous date will be grayed out in the calendar. It is a mandatory field
To Date/Time: (Mandatory) You can view calendar to select the
date and time can be updated by pressing upper or down arrow. It is a mandatory

Note: From and To Time should not be same and Pop up will be
shown " Enter valid From and To time".
Announcement Content: (Mandatory) Enter a detailed explanation of
the feature update (no character restriction).
Save - The button will be
disabled by default and will be enabled (clickable) only when all mandatory fields have been filled-in. When clicked, you're returned to the main Announcements page where a confirmation appears. If a new Announcement was created, it will appear as a new row in the table.
