Retail Back Office: Dashboard - Feedback



Navigation: Log into the BO for your Store, then on the Home dashboard select Feedback



Select the Time Period from the dropdown, then click Apply. The Sales dashboard will appear for that selected Time Period. You will be able to view the below information, based on the selected Time Period:


Questioner Feedback


  1. Displays all the Feedback from the selected Time Period.
  2. Each type of Feedback will have its own unique color.


Digital Receipt Feedback


  1. Displays all the Feedback from the selected Time Period.
  2. Positive and Negative feedback are represented with different colors.


Questioner Feedback Entries



Displays each submission of Questioner Feedback as its own row:
  1. The Questions column displays the specific Question from the Feedback.
  2. The Answer Icon column displays the specific selected emoji (such as HappyAverage, or Sad).
  3. The Source column displays where the Feedback originated (such as App).
  4. The Additional column displays what (if any) Additional Comment that was entered by the Customer.
  5. The Email column, it displays the Customer's Email Address.
  6. The Phone Number, it displays user Customer's Phone Number.

                  

Digital Receipt Feedback Entries


Displays each submission of Receipt Feedback as its own row:
  1. The Feedback column displays the Customer's selected Feedback (Positive or Negative).
  2. The First Name column displays the Customer's First Name.
  3. The Last Name column displays the Customer's Last Name.
  4. The Email column displays the Customer's Email Address.
  5. The Phone Number displays Customer's Phone Number.
