Retail Back Office: Dashboard - Marketing


Navigation: Log into the BO for your Store, then on the Home page Dashboard select Marketing

The Marketing dashboard appears.



Select the Time Period from the dropdown, then click Apply. The Marketing dashboard will appear for that selected Time Period. You will be able to view the below information, based on the selected Time Period:



Tiles

The Marketing dashboard displays the following tiles:


Campaign Sent


Displays how many Campaigns have been sent to the customer.


Scheduled


Displays how many Campaigns are scheduled.


Drafted


Displays how many campaign are scheduled and drafted.


Total Visits


Displays how many people have visited due to campaigns.


Visit Conversion Rate


Displays how many people visited the campaign then applied or participated.



Campaign Reach (Email Sent)

 

The Campaigns Reach chart appears below the table, with data based on the Email Sent, Delivered Rate, Open Rate, Bounce Rate, and Unsubscribe Rate.
  1. The Emails Sent chart appears, and displays the following data:
    1. Number of Emails Delivered
    2. Number of Emails Bounced
    3. Number of Emails Opened
    4. Number of Unsubscribes

Top Campaigns Table


The Top Campaign table contains the following columns:
  1. Campaign Name - The name of the Campaign
  2. Date Sent - The Date the Campaign was sent
  3. Channel - The medium through which the message was sent
  4. Message Sent - The number of Messages that were Sent during the Campaign
  5. Visit Rate - The Visit Rate of the Campaign
  6. Total Visits - The Total number of visits during the Campaign
